You can also integrate Airtime Pro with a full live playout tool like Mixxx for even more functionality. We plan more live features very soon!

Absolutely. Airtime Pro does not use its own proprietary formats, but open, common standards that allow you to back-up, export and migrate your data at any time, should you wish. Many other automation systems don't allow this.
Can I easily upgrade my package?
Airtime Pro grows with your radio station, allowing you to upgrade either the entire package or individual elements without cost and without long term contracts. You can downgrade too of course, free of charge. If you downgrade, your billing will be updated at the next cycle. If you upgrade, your billing and new services will be updated immediately.
Can I use Airtime Pro for my event?

What is Airtime Pro?
Airtime Pro is a hosted version of our award-winning, open source radio automation software. Airtime Pro lets radio stations upload audio, build shows and then schedule either shows or live slots into a calendar. Airtime Pro can then be used to stream audio over the web, or even via FM and digital.
How can Airtime Pro help my radio station?
Put simply, Airtime Pro saves you time and money. It's like adding a professional IT technician to your team, at a fraction of the cost. When you add up how much you spend a year on server maintenance, software upgrades, security patches and technician fees, Airtime Pro begins to look like a bargain. But don't just take our word for it...
Can I use Airtime Pro for live broadcast?
Airtime Pro's Record & Rebroadcast function enables automatic recording of your soundcard line input at a set time. In this mode, live shows in the studio are recorded and automatically stored in your archive. If you wish, you can upload these shows directly to Soundcloud. You can also integrate Airtime Pro with a full live playout tool like Mixxx for even more functionality. We plan more live features very soon!
How do Airtime Pro packages work?
Airtime Pro consists of Hosting, Support and (optionally) Streaming. Simply select the package that fits your needs or click Configure & Order and go to the store to mix and match your own package. Every element can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.
How long does set-up take?
You’ll have your Airtime Pro station set up for you in 24 hours without any installation or customisation requirements on your part. During that time you can read our great documentation to make sure you’re getting the most out of your service.
Am I tied to a long term contract?
Airtime Pro is a rolling contract service. You pay month-to-month and if you cancel, you will only be billed for the current month, and not again after this point.
Do I have control over my audio content?
Absolutely. Airtime Pro does not use its own proprietary formats, but open, common standards that allow you to back-up, export and migrate your data at any time, should you wish. Many other automation systems don't allow this.
Can I easily upgrade my package?
Airtime Pro grows with your radio station, allowing you to upgrade either the entire package or individual elements without cost and without long term contracts. You can downgrade too of course, free of charge. If you downgrade, your billing will be updated at the next cycle. If you upgrade, your billing and new services will be updated immediately.
Can I use Airtime Pro for my event?
Sure! We have lots of interests from organisations that only need Airtime Pro in the short term. Our contracts are easy to cancel after your event and because we offer hosting, streaming and support it means you only have one provider to deal with - less stress for you!
How do I manage my account?
You’ll get a personalised, secure account dashboard upon sign up where you can manage everything related to your account, from contact emails to payment methods.
Is Airtime Pro secure?
Sourcefabric utilises state-of-the-art encryption, protection and network security. All data is triple backed-up. Your instance is encrypted and employs secure identification through HTTPS.
What happens if I need help?
Sourcefabric’s global team of experts is there for you. Every package comes with free email and forum support. If you need a little bit extra you can upgrade this for phone support, quicker response times, remote assistance and dedicated engineer hours.
